For officers

Everything in this section is officer-only. The relevant menu items are under Admin and Reports in the top navigation.

If you have just created your department, work through these pages roughly in order:

  1. Department settings — set your timezone, get your invite link, send invitations.
  2. Qualifications — choose which qualifications matter for your brigade.
  3. SMPs — define annual hours requirements per skill area.
  4. Sessions & incidents — create your first training session.
  5. Members — approve pending members, edit ranks/roles.
  6. Attendance — QR scanning and manual entry.
  7. Flagged Attendance — review the queue of late-scan records, approve or reject each one.
  8. Reports — once data is flowing, this is where you spend most of your admin time.

Day-to-day

In normal operation you'll spend most of your time on Sessions (creating training, displaying the QR code) and Reports (checking who is behind on their SMPs and whose qualifications are about to expire).
